An imagined river cuts through a dense, biomorphic landscape. Lush, tangled vegetation in deep blues, greens and ochres crowds the canvas, leaving only a narrow, luminous passage of light at the center.

Painted with fluid, expressive brushwork, the work is less a topographical view than an inner space: immersive, slightly vertiginous, and contemplative.
