At Asian Art Bridge, we are committed to ensuring that every artwork meets your expectations. As artworks are unique and often one-of-a-kind pieces, our return policy has been designed to protect both collectors and artists.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

To qualify for a return:


  • The artwork must be in its original condition.

  • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All certificates, documents, and accompanying materials must be included.

  • The artwork must not have been altered, damaged, framed, or modified after delivery.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong artwork, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:


  • Order number

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the damaged artwork

  • Description of the issue

After verification, Asian Art Bridge will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where applicable.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:


  • The artwork arrived damaged.

  • The wrong artwork was delivered.

  • The artwork significantly differs from its description.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


  • Commissioned artworks

  • Custom-made artworks

  • Personalized artworks

  • Special orders

  • Gift cards

  • Artworks marked as "Final Sale"

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an artwork has been dispatched, the order falls under this Return Policy.

7. International Orders

Asian Art Bridge ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country.
